Horses from Sulfur Springs Herd need homes….

Hi All,
I’ve been up all night thinking about these mustangs. They were part of the Sulfur Springs herd and I guess were rounded up four years ago. The photos show how they have been trained.

I’m reaching out to all of you to see if you have any ideas on how to help. Equine Voices is at capacity at the moment, especially with the 7 babies arriving in December.

Can anyone help and do you know of a place where these mares can go? I am happy to help coordinate this rescue effort, as I do worry they could end up at auction.

Thanks so much,

Karen Pomroy

Homes Needed for the last of the orphaned babies from the Gardner Ranch

Rudy and Takota are approximately 6 years old and are in need of a new home where they can roam and still be with people. They are sweet and tame. Iwould love to see them go to a home with other horses or people/children and maybe some green pasture. They would be a joy to have, thanks for caring. Please keep them in mind as they were the last of the orphaned babies to come off the Gardner Ranch and deserve the best!

Homes Needed for Rudy and Takota

Some 5 years ago I trained both Rudy and Takota to their halters, gentling them and brought them as far as I could as they would not be saddled. Having been what they have been through they deserve the best, their new forever home!

Hi Everyone, This is Rudy and Takota…they are the last of the Gardner Ranch horses to come off the ranch as babies. They are about 6 years old now ….they are in NEED OF A NEW HOME….they are beautiful, gentle and love people.

They need some room to roam and maybe green pasture. They have been well cared for but they are in a small pasture and it is vital that we find them a new home.. Please do what you can to pass this on…and let’s see if we can help. Maybe another state???? If anyone is interested they can call Blair at 688-9314. Thank you for doing what you can to help them. I appreciate it….any ideas to me would be helpful too. Gail
